Explosives instructors teaches Afghan Uniform Police officer how to handle Composite C-4 during a controlled detonation at Forward Operating Base Zeebruge March 28. The controlled detonation was part of the Explosives Hazards Removal Course, a two-week course designed to teach Afghan National Security Force personnel how to detect and remove improvised explosive devices.
